I'm Elina Landman

I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over two decades of experience, and I am the author of a unique 10-step method tailored to help you identify and address the issues that stop you from uncovering your true calling and unleashing your full potential in life.
EDUCATION
The foundation of my knowledge is rooted in my academic university education, where I earned a master's degree in psychology. I have expanded my expertise through advanced studies at the Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Counseling, as well as the Eastern European Institute of Psychoanalysis and International Business Coaching University.

I am a staunch advocate of lifelong learning. Self-development, the exploration of new approaches, and staying updated on modern psychotherapeutic methods are integral aspects of my professional journey. Notably, I completed the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy training at the Albert Ellis Institute in the USA, as well as a course in Cognitive Therapy under the guidance of Windy Dryden in the United Kingdom.
